The Stanislaus County Employees' Retirement Association (StanCERA) is a public employees retirement system operating under the County Employees Retirement Law of 1937, Government Code Section 31450 et. seq. and the California Public Employees' Pension Reform Act (PEPRA). The association administers the retirement benefits for employees of Stanislaus CountyCity of Ceres, Superior Court, East Side Mosquito Abatement District, Stanislaus Council of Governments, Keyes Community Services District, Salida Sanitary District and Hills Ferry Cemetery District, all located in Stanislaus County.

    StanCERA is pleased to announce retirees of Tiers 1, 2, 4, and 5    
will receive a 2.5% Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA)
effective April 1, 2015,
to be paid on the May 1, 2015 check

 

Retirees who retired before April 1, 1985,
will receive a total COLA of 3% due to
accumulated carryover balances

Tier 3 retirees are not eligible for the COLA
