Rhonda Biesemeier

During Ms. Biesemeier’s 36-year career with Stanislaus County, she worked primarily for the Community Services Agency, retiring as a manager in the StanWORKs Division in March 2008.

Since retirement, Ms. Biesemeier has served as a Merit System Services Qualification Appraisal Panel Chair throughout the state and served on the 2018-2019 Stanislaus County Civil Grand Jury. She continues to serve as Past President of Retired Employees of Stanislaus County (RESCO) and served as President/Co-President from 2009-2019. She also serves as Delegate to the California Retired County Employees Association (CRCEA) and has since 2010. She was elected to the Stanislaus County Employees Retirement Association Board of Retirement by retirees as the Alternate Retiree Representative in August 2017, and was elected as the Retiree Representative in 2023. Ms. Biesemeier is currently a Commissioner on the Stanislaus County Equal Rights Commission.

Ms. Biesemeier was raised in Modesto. She has two accomplished young adult children, two dogs & a cat. Ms. Biesemeier enjoys spending time with her children and her many friends, meeting new people, participating in community events, traveling, and photography.
