2011 - 1099R Update:

StanCERA's 1099R tax forms for 2011 were mailed on Tuesday, January 24, 2012.
Since then we discovered that the State Tax Withheld reported was printed in the wrong box. The IRS has changed the placement of a few boxes on the 1099R tax form for 2011.
As a result State Tax Withheld was reported in the box allocated for Amount allocable to IRR within 5 year (please note the dollar amount is correct). This printing issue has been resolved.
Revised 1099R forms were mailed to people with State withholdings on Friday, January 27, 2012. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions.
