Ron Martin is now serving his second term and was appointed to the Board of Retirement by the Board of Supervisors on September 28, 2004 to complete the then current term for Seat 4.

Mr. Martin has been the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 1992. Mr. Martin began his banking career in 1977 with River City Bank in Sacramento. Prior to joining Oak Valley Community Bank, Mr. Martin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Butte Savings and Loans Association in Chico. Mr. Martin has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Arizona. Ron's background in accounting and banking; will be an asset to the Board and the retirement system in the future.
