Mike Fisher was born in Coalinga, CA in 1933, Mike is a Korean War Veteran and a graduate of San Jose State University.   Mike married Jo Hoffman Fisher in 1958 and together they have 2 sons, Michael who is 44 and a Corporate. Executive in Modesto, CA and Scott who is  43 and is a Doctor of Psychology in  Phoenix, AZ.

Mikes many accomplishments include: Assistant Plant Engineer, Aerojet-General Corporation, Sacramento, CA; Chief of Packaging Engineering for E & J Gallo in Modesto; and Founder of Fisher Graphic Industries in 1978. In 1997 Mike sold Fisher Graphic Industries and retired. Mike has also served on the Board of Directors for Stanislaus County Fair, Stanislaus County Hospital, Stanislaus County Health Agency, Stanislaus County Retirement and Community Hospice, and the Stanislaus Civil Grand Jury.(2 years - 1 as Foreman)

The hopes and dreams of Stanislaus County employees and retirees rest on the actions and decisions of this board.  The life savings of many families depends on how their money is invested.  My experience in the private sector gives me a different perspective to balance the total investment philosophy.
