The Stanislaus County Employees\' Retirement Association (StanCERA) is a public employees retirement system operating under the California State Government Code, County Employees Retirement Law of 1937, Section 31450 et seq. The Association administers the retirement benefits for employees of Stanislaus County, City of Ceres, Superior Court, and 5 special districts located in Stanislaus County.
